This drum-type wood chipper is made up of a base, knife roller, feeding rollers, a belt conveyor, and a hydraulic system. A high-strength steel plate is used to weld the main body. 2/3/4 pieces of knives would be installed on the knife roller according to the client’s requirements for the output size of the wood chips. The knives are created from high-strength alloy steel forge parts. The raw material is clamped and transported to the crushing chamber, where it is crushed by the roller's fast-spinning blades. The bigger wood chips will be treated many times before being discharged from the screen's hole. Finally, the wood chips are expelled from the cutting chamber by the high-speed flow created by the cutter head's cutting blades.
